We are hiring for one of our product based client companies for the role of Data Analyst

Job Description: Data Analyst- Customer Success

Position Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Analyst to join the business team. This role involves analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to drive business growth and improve learning outcomes. The Analyst will play a crucial role in understanding user behavior, measuring content and product performance, and contributing to the creation of impactful business decisions and driving customer success at our partner colleges.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Insights:

 Analyze student behavior on the platform, including content consumption patterns, time spent, click actions, and user journeys.

 Provide actionable insights and trends to improve user experience and learning outcomes.

 Monitor and evaluate KPIs related to platform usage and content performance.

2. Feedback and Learning Analytics:

 Manage and own post-publishing activities such as content feedback analysis.

 Evaluate learning analytics to measure the efficacy of content.

 Analyze students' performance in interviews and tests to assess content effectiveness and

identify areas for improvement.

3. Research and Target Group Analysis:

 Conduct interviews and research on the target audience (TG) to understand their preferences and learning needs.

 Use findings to develop compelling and impactful course content tailored to the TG.

4. Data Management and Reporting:

 Use advanced Excel and Google Sheets (including formulas, macros, Pivot Tables) for data management and reporting.

 Leverage Power BI or similar visualization tools to create clear and engaging reports and dashboards.

 Work with large datasets, using tools like MongoDB (knowledge of MongoDB is desirable but not essential).

5. Collaboration & College Support:

 Work with the operations team to build college specific custom reports , dashboards to drive customer retention and renewals.

 Collaborate with content creators, instructional designers, and product teams to align insights with content development strategies.

 Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders on findings and recommendations.

Technical Skills Required:

 Expertise in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, macros, Pivot Tables).

 Proficiency in Power BI, Metabase or similar data visualization tools for reporting and

insights presentation.

 Familiarity with MongoDB or other database management systems (preferred, not

mandatory).

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related

field.

 Minimum 3 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in e-commerce edtech or content-focused organizations.

 Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.

 Excellent communication skills to present findings in a clear, concise, and actionable
