Job Description:

We are looking for experienced AR Callers (14 years) with a strong background in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our dynamic team in Chennai and Coimbatore.

As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for resolving unpaid medical claims, handling insurance follow-ups, and ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to US-based insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to claims rejections, denials, and underpayments.
  • Review accounts to determine appropriate actions and documentation.
  • Update the billing system with accurate notes based on call outcomes.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets consistently.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in AR Calling US Healthcare domain.
  • Sound knowledge of US Healthcare RCM, denial management, and claims follow-up.
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills in English.

  • Ability to work in a night shift environment

  • Excellent College

  • Familiarity with billing software (e.g., EPIC, ECW, Medisoft) is a plus.
