Job Description

The badminton coach will oversee the training and development of students in badminton, guiding them from beginner to advanced levels through structured practice sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular coaching sessions focusing on skill improvement and game strategy.
• Identify and nurture students with competitive potential.
• Organize inter-house, inter-school, and zonal badminton tournaments.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of badminton equipment and courts.
• Promote sportsmanship and positive athletic values.
• Collaborate with school administrators for scheduling and event planning.

Education/Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or equivalent certification.
• Professional certification in badminton coaching preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in badminton coaching, preferably in an academic setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate young athletes.
