Compensation:
 Up to 30 LPA + Performance Bonus + Incentives

The Corporate Matchmakers (TCM) is supporting our client in the 
manufacturing industry
 to onboard a 
dynamic and strategic COO
. This is a senior leadership role, directly responsible for driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and ensuring sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations across manufacturing, supply chain, and factory management.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and productivity improvements.
• Work closely with the Board and CEO to define and execute business strategies.
• Manage compliance, risk, and quality standards across units.
• Oversee production planning and ensure timely delivery across regions.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

10+ years of experience in operations/plant management/manufacturing leadership.

Proven experience in scaling operations and managing large teams.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, compliance, and supply chain.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Willingness to travel monthly to Gujarat factory (all travel expenses sponsored by the company).
