Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Site Engineer - Facade. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering facade projects to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the execution of facade projects from inception to completion.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
  • Implement best practices for safety, quality assurance, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facade project management, with a focus on complex structures.
  • Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and construction methods.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
