Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team, specializing in analysing operational data to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and analytical background, with expertise in AI/ML Techniques, Generative AI (LLMs), Python, PySpark, SQL, and Azure fundamentals. The candidate should be adaptable and eager to learn and apply new technologies as needed to meet evolving project requirements and team goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Analytics - End-to-End Solution Implementation:
  • Analyse IT operations data to uncover patterns, trends, anomalies, and areas for optimization using advanced ML techniques.
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions (e.g., LLMs) to enhance automation, predictive analytics, root cause analysis, and anomaly detection in IT service management.
• Data Management & Feature Engineering:
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data.
  • Engineer high-quality features to enhance model performance and interpretability.
• Model Training, Tuning & Evaluation:
  • Train models using supervised, unsupervised, and self-supervised learning.
  • Fine-tune LLMs using techniques like transfer learning, LoRA, and prompt tuning.
  • Evaluate models using appropriate metrics.
• Generative AI Implementation:
  • Develop applications using GenAI frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, and RAG pipelines.
  • Engineer prompts for text generation, summarization, Q&A, and creative content tasks.
  • Work with vector databases for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Deployment & MLOps:
  • Build and automate CI/CD pipelines for training and deployment.
  • Serve models via APIs, integrate with web/mobile platforms, and monitor performance in production.
• Data Democratization & Self-Service Analytics:
  • Build and support GenAI-powered self-service analytics tools that allow business users to query data using natural language.
  • Promote data democratization by enabling secure, governed access to datasets and AI insights through user-friendly dashboards and AI copilots.
• Collaboration & Productization:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
  • Contribute to the design and scalability of AI products and prototypes.
• Ethical AI & Compliance:
  • Ensure responsible AI use by mitigating risks like bias, hallucination, and misuse in generative models.
  • Apply explainability and fairness tools to increase transparency and trustworthiness.

Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members, ask questions, provide updates, and articulate ideas clearly.
