The ELP Head of Trainee will oversee the development and progress of all trainees within the Enriched Learning Program (ELP), ensuring high standards of training, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise ELP trainees throughout their program.
  • Monitor trainee progress, provide constructive feedback, and support skill development.
  • Collaborate with instructors to enhance training methodologies and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards and institutional policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of trainee performance and development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in aviation training, pilot instruction, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring capabilities.
  • Familiarity with aviation safety protocols and ELP curriculum.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹75,000.00 per month
