Job Summary:

The Software Tracker is responsible for monitoring and analysing software-related data within the organization, particularly in ERP and CRM systems. The role involves tracking system performance, analysing operational data, and ensuring accurate reporting of driver and field office locations. The Software Tracker will work closely with the IT and operations teams to enhance efficiency and ensure smooth functioning of software platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor ERP and CRM software data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor and report on driver locations, field office activities, and system-based location tracking data.
  • Identify discrepancies or performance issues within software systems and escalate to the IT team.
  • Assist in analysing data trends to support business decision-making.
  • Maintain records of software updates, patches, and configuration changes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system integrity and data security.
  • Support management with customized data reports as required.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of operational data into ERP/CRM systems.
  • Provide feedback to improve tracking tools and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer applications (BCA / MCA).
  • Strong understanding of ERP and CRM software systems.
  • Basic knowledge of database management and software performance tracking.

Skills & Competencies:

Data Analysis: Ability to interpret and analyse large sets of data effectively.

Software Tools: Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, Excel, and data visualization/reporting tools.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data tracking and reporting.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify trends, errors, and performance issues.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for cross-department coordination.

Technical Aptitude: Understanding of software operations, updates, and tracking mechanisms.
