Project Planning & Scheduling

  • Prepare and maintain project schedules using planning tools (Primavera/MS Project/Excel).
  • Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for land development and construction activities.
  • Integrate schedules across design, approvals, procurement, and execution phases.

Monitoring & Control

  • Track project progress against approved timelines and highlight delays, bottlenecks, and risks.
  • Prepare recovery plans and corrective action measures to ensure timely project completion.
  • Update schedules periodically and communicate changes to stakeholders.

3.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate with project execution, legal, finance, and liaison teams to ensure inter-departmental alignment.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations on project progress for senior management.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with project teams to assess performance and timelines.

4.

Resource, Budget & Cost Optimization

  • Assist in planning manpower, materials, and machinery requirements in coordination with respective teams.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings through efficient planning and resource allocation.
  • Prepare project budgets and assist in cost estimation for infrastructure and building works, tenders, business development projects, etc.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all project schedules are in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation of project plans, revisions, approvals, and status reports.

6.

Risk Management

  • Identify schedule-related risks and propose mitigation measures.
  • Support management in evaluating the impact of design, approval, or external delays on overall project timelines.

Job Type: Full-time
