Role Overview

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who brings a sharp understanding of digital ad platforms and a strong analytical mindset. You'll be responsible for leading paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn, while also leveraging GA4, CAPI and other core analytics and CRO tools to drive full-funnel performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Media Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Lead full-funnel campaign strategy — from audience segmentation and ad structuring to retargeting and lead nurturing.
  • Monitor platform trends and apply relevant strategies.

2. Analytics, Measurement & Optimization

  • Manage tracking, event setup, and campaign reporting through Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, Meta Ad manager, Google Tag Manager (GTM), etc.
  • Analyze performance across channels and provide insights on key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPL, CTR, and LTV.
  • Use heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analytics to support conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts.

3. Landing Page & Tech Collaboration

  • Advise on performance enhancements for Shopify, WordPress, or custom CMS platforms.
  • Ensure clean UTM structures, accurate attribution, and well-structured event tagging.

4. Collaboration & Communication

  • Contribute to client-facing decks, performance reviews, and strategic planning.
  • Occasionally support SEO or CRM teams with performance insights and keyword data.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience managing performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficient in GA4, GTM, Meta Events Manager and CRO tools.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, and landing page best practices.
  • Strong understanding of digital metrics, customer journeys, and attribution models.
  • Bonus: Knowledge SEO and/or email performance metrics.
