- Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of goods, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure that all incoming materials match purchase orders in terms of quantity and quality.
- Organize and maintain store layout for easy access and tracking of stock.
- Issue materials to departments (e.g., kitchen, event setup, production) based on approved requisitions.
- Keep accurate records of all stock movements — receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to the management.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the storage area.
- Coordinate with procurement and accounts for stock replenishment and documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and alert management before items run low.
- Manage equipment and event material storage (e.g., décor items, lighting, catering supplies).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month
