Performance Marketing Manager

We need a performance marketer whos hands-on with ad platforms and obsessed with lead quality. Youll run paid media, set up reliable tracking, optimise for high-quality leads and work closely with Sales to improve MQL to SQL conversion.
Role & responsibilities
- Plan, set up and manage paid acquisition across Meta (FB/IG), Google (Search, Display), LinkedIn and programmatic channels.
- Own campaign P&L: budgeting, bid strategies, creative briefs, audience testing, and scaling.
- Track & attribute leads properly: GA4, Conversion API / Server-side, GTM, UTM strategy. Ensure accurate lead forwarding to Sales.
- Optimize campaigns for HQLs (not just volume): build & measure lead scoring / quality signals, run experiments to improve MQLSQL conversion.
- Create dashboarding & weekly performance reports (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV estimates).
- Coordinate with creative & landing page teams for A/B tests and CRO.
- Maintain ad account hygiene, document SOPs and implement automation where possible.
- Work with Sales to implement feedback loops and Nurture flows to increase lead-to-deal conversion.
Must-have (non-negotiable)
- 2+ years hands-on experience running PPC lead-gen for B2B or service businesses.
- Verifiable campaign case study (attach 1-page) with CPL / ROAS / volume numbers.
- Hands-on with GA4, Google Tag Manager and Conversions API (or experience implementing server-side tracking).
- Comfortable managing monthly ad budgets (example: 1L+ per month).
- Based in Mumbai or able to join office within 15 days.
Good to have
- Experience with landing page builders, CRO tools and basic HTML.
- Familiarity with marketing automation (HubSpot/ActiveCampaign) and integrating ad leads into CRM.
- Experience with data visualization (Looker Studio / Data Studio).
