Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting & Financial Reporting
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts as per applicable accounting standards.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Consolidate accounts across branches/divisions.
  • Statutory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory requirements.
  • Handle statutory, tax, and internal audits.
  • File all regulatory returns (IT, GST, ROC filings, etc.) on time.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Assist in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis.
  • Taxation & Audit
  • Manage direct and indirect tax planning, computation, and filing.
  • Liaise with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Oversee vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and receivables management.
  • Ensure timely reconciliations of bank accounts and ledgers.
  • Internal Controls & Process Improvement
  • Implement and strengthen internal financial controls.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvement.
  • Management Reporting
  • Provide MIS reports to management on financial health, cash flow, and profitability.
  • Support decision-making with data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience (corporate office/large organization preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Tax Laws, and Compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
