As a Civil Engineering Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and develop your technical skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. Location: Thampanoor, Trivandrum

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time, Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, design, Estimation and management of civil engineering projects.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and assess project requirements.
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
  • Support project teams in the development of detailed engineering plans and specifications.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction practices.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience or interest in teaching or mentoring is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
