Job Description:

We are urgently hiring Scrum Masters for multiple international projects. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile practices, ensuring that development teams deliver high-quality products on time. You will act as a servant leader, removing obstacles, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement across the team. This role demands strong communication skills, deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, and the ability to guide teams toward achieving sprint goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as a servant leader, supporting and guiding the development team to follow Agile principles and best practices.
• Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for the next sprint.
• Monitor sprint progress, track key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts), and report performance to stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and adaptation within the team.
• Ensure alignment between cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and other stakeholders in Agile practices to enhance overall organizational agility.
• Support the adoption and scaling of Agile methodologies within the organization.

Requirements
:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Proven ability to work with distributed teams across multiple geographies.
• Experience in guiding teams through Agile transformation is a plus.
