What Makes You a Qualified Candidate: Skills in Action

We're seeking a hands-on, deeply technical Principal AI Engineer to lead the design and development of intelligent, scalable, and cloud-native AI systems.

You bring:

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent agents that can reason, plan, and act autonomously — securely and responsibly at scale.
• Expertise in building advanced agent-based architectures and runtime components for next-generation AI and LLM-driven solutions.
• Experience implementing agent management, governance, and compliance in safe and scalable Agentic AI systems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product leaders, architects, and platform teams to define our next-generation agent platform.

You will:

• Architect, design, and implement secure, scalable frameworks for autonomous AI agents.
• Build intelligent automation and conversational capabilities using state-of-the-art GenAI and Agentic AI products.
• Develop and maintain MCP server integrations for robust and efficient runtime execution.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, platform engineers, and product managers to bring cutting-edge agentic capabilities to production.
• Build foundational infrastructure and tools for multi-agent collaboration, memory/context management, and extensibility.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI agents through easy integration and safe execution.
• Leverage containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable, resilient deployments.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, GPT, MCP-integrated IDEs) to enhance productivity and code quality.

What You Bring: Passion and Potential

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in software architecture, backend systems, or AI infrastructure, with strong proficiency in Python and working knowledge of additional languages such as Java, Go, and C++.
• Proven expertise in agent development, LLM integration, prompt engineering, and runtime systems.
• Expertise in MCP servers, vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture, and NLP frameworks.
• Proficient in designing agentic AI systems with core capabilities such as context handling, memory management, observability, and identity.
• Proven experience in building autonomous agents, and leveraging AI tooling to create intelligent systems
• Strong background in backend service development, API design, and building scalable distributed systems.
• Familiarity with vector DBs and graph-based memory systems
• Familiarity with semantic/graph technologies, dimensional modeling, and BI tools.
• Familiarity with chain-of-graph, graph RAG, and similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex, distributed environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to mentor and collaborate effectively.
• Passion for building safe, human-aligned autonomous systems.
• Knowledge of open-source tools and technologies, and how to extend them for innovative solutions.
