Requirements, qualifications and experience:

  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in Revenue Assurance, Billing and Collection.
  • Excellent communication skill is must.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue Assurance:

  2. Identify, analyse, mitigate and prevent revenue leakage through a range of measures

  3. Monitor for potential fraudulent activity within billing systems and customer accounts.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to streamline revenue operations.

  5. Billing:

  6. Ensure clients are billed correctly and timely

  7. Review and approve invoices and credit/debit adjustments
  8. Revenue MIS

  9. Debtors reconciliation

  10. Credit and collection:

  11. Monitor accounts for overdue payments

  12. Contact customers to discuss overdue payments
  13. Resolve billing and credit issues
  14. Update account status records
  15. Prepare reports on collection activities
