Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Target Achievement Executive at InsideJob, located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include setting and meeting sales targets, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders. The Target Achievement Executive will also develop tailored strategies to maximize sales performance, maintain communication with teams, and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications
- Skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Target Achievement
- Strategic planning abilities, especially in setting and meeting sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and pursuing business opportunities
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation
- 0-1 YOE
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is highly desirable
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
