In this role, you will:

  • Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics, and Azure technologies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Should be hands-on supporting the pods with difficult design issues/bugs/incidents.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft technologies and identify opportunities for their application within our organization.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Mentor and train other team members on Microsoft technologies.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Data modelling.
  • Extensive experience with Azure technologies, including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, Azure App Service, and Azure API Management.
  • Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Certifications in Microsoft technologies (such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) would be a plus.

The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements:

  • Knowledge of Commercial banking.
  • Knowledge of Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions and Azure security best practice.
