The team are responsible for managing, reporting, annual planning, re-statement and challenging costs for all Infrastructure functions in bank partnering with the business to achieve strategic financial targets and outcomes. Working with the business to compile future year demand; produce exit rate prediction, compile growth expectations/ requests. Engage with senior stakeholders in the divisional target setting exercise.Ensuring smooth & timely delivery on monthly RTB activities like Flash and forecast reporting processes.Implementation of improvements to the packs & further cost deep dives based on feedback from Stakeholders/ManagementCollaborating with Finance COOs and DBCM to drive transparency on Driver Based Cost Management allocations.Your skills and experienceProfessionally qualified person (Postgraduate, ACA or Tier I MBA) with >5 years of post qualification experienceManagement of high performing teams in a fast-moving environment• Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to develop and maintain effective relationships internally.Strong knowledge of Month end financial processes, Financial Analysis and Budgeting processes with experience ideally gained from within Financial ServicesStrong knowledge of Financials, Balance sheet cost drivers, transfer pricing aspects etcAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WordExcellent knowledge of the relevant DB financial systems and -processes (e.g. GGL, SAP etc.).Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks, and meets strict deadlines.Strong Communication skills required.
