We are Hiring Senior Architect for High Rise Building Project

Company - Rohan Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd.

Position - Senior Architect

Location - BKC , Mumbai

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE -

1.Implement department set goals incorporating Project-wise variance.

2.Make sure standard operating procedure is followed for work by the team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitoring

  2. Review and comment on standard operating process during project execution.

  3. Weekly review and schedule from team for work done.

  4. Co-ordination of drawings with consultants and in-house team.

  5. Thoroughly follow and demand for standard format for review and checking of drawings.

  6. Joint review with relevant consultant panel and resolve discrepancies in drawings.
  7. Update the functional leader with operational bottle necks if any to ensure schedule is matched.
  8. Create updated 3d BIM model incorporating all amendments.
  9. Reviewing Good for Construction (GFC) Drawings w.r.t defined scope
  10. Provide drawings and get approvals from Purchase department for Materials and specifications.
  11. Creating accurate 3D views (Quality and sizing) for marketing in given timeframe after coordinating RCC/MEP/Landscape.
  12. Co-ordinate Mock-ups with external agency appointed and ensure the same is updated in project working by preparing an as built set of drawings and specification in decided format.
  13. Undertaking feasibility studies for all proposed / upcoming projects and lands.
  14. Follow marketing, liasioning and other commitments frozen at project beginning in length of project and report for deviation if any.(Commitments given to RERA , Sale , Sanctions , EC )
  15. Compare Working drawings and Sanction drawings.

  16. Reviewing plan in house at conceptual planning stage as per fire, aviation and relevant department specific and latest updated/Envisaged bye-laws.

  17. Team building and process planning:

  18. Form a detail project wise timeline and review documentation by methods fixed.

  19. Review weekly task list of subsequent team members.

  20. Allocate / substitute resources as and when required.

  21. Communication :

  22. Ensuring team is informed with all standard operating process and changes if any.

  23. Reviewing timely site follow ups and deliverables.
  24. Conveying the leader of challenges in team and providing solutions if possible.
  25. Ensure limitations in the standard practices to enhance project quality are brought to notice.
