We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• Use their networking and network security experience and knowledge to review Business and IT projects and provide advice and guidance, ensuring network security control requirements are satisfied.
• Identifies opportunities to improve network security posture based on an understanding of current control and technology environment.
• Good understanding of network security threats and risks, able to identify areas of network security risk and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with technical leaders and various layers of management considered a plus.
• Able to analyse network and cybersecurity data (e.g. system logs) to support decision making and evidence control effectiveness.
• Ability to build connections and work collaboratively across boundaries.
• Willingness to continuously learn and share learnings with others.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of Voice systems and hands-on experience with Collaboration systems such as Cisco CUCM, ZOOM, and Genesys.
• Familiar with protocols like SIP, RTP, and WebRTC, with a comprehensive understanding of Voice systems.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Possesses in-depth knowledge of Voice systems and hands-on experience with Collaboration systems such as Cisco CUCM, ZOOM, and Genesys.
• Familiar with protocols like SIP, RTP, and WebRTC, with a comprehensive understanding of Voice systems.
• Understands numbering plans such as E.164 and specific regulatory requirements in various countries.
• Comprehends the challenges faced by Collaboration systems in financial instruments, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet these specific needs.
• Detailed understanding of network design, firewall, IDPS, content filtering, load balancing, DDoS, NAC, WAF, network segmentation technologies.
• Good understanding of network security threats and risks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with technical leaders and various layers of management considered a plus.
• Ability to build connections and work collaboratively across boundaries.
• Willingness to continuously learn and share learnings with others.
• Proficient with Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong customer focus with a drive to deliver standards of service to internal clients at least equivalent to external providers.
• Able to work with many simultaneous tasks in a pressurized, time-sensitive environment.
