Purpose

• As Power Apps Developer, you will join the Digital Factory department of SBM Offshore. You will collaborate with developers, with expertise in python, C#, Microsoft Azure and Power Apps to lead all aspects of design and development of new innovative applications and drive digital transformation. Those applications are expected to be flexible and scalable, meet business objectives, solve complex problems, and deliver high value.

Responsibilities

• You design, develop, test, and deploy custom software solutions using Python, C#, Microsoft Azure, and Power Apps.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop functional and technical specifications for new and existing projects.
• Write clean, well-documented code that follows established coding standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews and implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines to ensure high-quality, reliable code.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and participate in peer code reviews. Work with other IT teams, vendors, and business partners to integrate solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply this knowledge to continuously improve development processes and solutions.
• Responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of custom software solutions, fostering continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives

Education

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Python, C#, Microsoft Azure, and Power Apps is essential. Strong technical knowledge of Azure, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, and Azure Storage, is expected. Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, including creating custom connectors and integrations, is beneficial. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and JIRA, is required. Fluency in spoken and written English is necessary for effective communication.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Python, C#, Microsoft Azure, and Power Apps, is required.
