Oracle Functional Consultant

As an Oracle Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting Oracle ERP solutions. This position involves understanding client requirements, configuring Oracle modules, and providing functional expertise to ensure successful project delivery within the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle ERP system configurations.
  • Configure and customize Oracle modules such as SCM and Finance to meet client needs.
  • Provide functional expertise in areas like Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P).
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of Oracle ERP implementations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Oracle ERP with other systems.
  • Train end-users on Oracle ERP functionalities and provide ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle ERP applications.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules, including SCM and Finance.
  • Experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

  • Experience with Oracle Report Tool, OTBI, BIP, and OIC.
  • Knowledge of data migration and integration processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional).
  • Ability to manage client expectations and communications.
