Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Student Counselor to join our team and help guide students through their study abroad journey. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of international education systems (UK, Ireland, Germany, Australia, New Zealand etc.), and a flair for customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on study destinations, universities, and courses.
  • Assist students with the application process, documentation, and visa procedures.
  • Conduct counseling sessions (in person and virtual) to understand students' goals.
  • Maintain follow-ups and ensure smooth coordination through each step.
  • Support marketing/sales campaigns and participate in education fairs/webinars.
  • Meet enrollment targets and contribute to branch growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
  • Experience in overseas education counseling.
  • Excellent English and Malayalam communication (spoken and written).
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Sales or customer handling experience is a plus.
  • Friendly, patient, and target-oriented personality.

Bonus Skills:

  • Prior experience in counseling for (UK, Ireland, Germany, Australia, New Zealand etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in handling leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14, ₹25,000.00 per month
