Air Ticketing Executive (Domestic & International)

Responsibilities:

- Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings.

- Manage reservations through GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).

- Provide fare quotations, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.

- Assist customers with flight changes, rescheduling, and travel requirements.

Requirements:

- Minimum 13 years experience in air ticketing/travel desk.

- Strong knowledge of international & domestic routes.

- Hands-on experience with GDS software.

- Good communication and customer service skills.
