YOUR ROLE
As a Analytics Lead – Pune on our team,

In your daily job you will:

• The GBS Analytics team plays a crucial role in driving business success by transforming raw data into valuable insights that inform strategic decisions across all functions within the organization. The team is tasked with leading the development and execution of key projects, such as Inventory (Semiconductor Build Strategy), Intercompany Tax, Revenue Forecasting and Sustainability reporting, within Aptiv.
• This role requires a blend of technical data analysis skills, a keen understanding of business processes and the ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics solutions using tools like Alteryx, Tableau, and Power Apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Responsibilities will be rapidly evolving, with an objective to modernize how support our value chain and overall company analytics. The role will task you to work independently, serve as a trusted business partner, and have a bias for action and results.

YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Mandatory – SQL, Alteryx, Tableau ,Power BI
• Good to have – Power Apps, QlikSense, Python, SAP, Graph DB (Neo4j)
• Experience in google cloud platforms and data warehousing solutions.
• Experience leading analytics projects and managing cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English (written/spoken)
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles and ability to apply them properly to business situations
• Strive for excellence, critical thinking, drive for execution; excellent problem-solving skills
• Hands-on approach with the ability to communicate across divisional boundaries
