Summary /Purpose of the role

Responsible for expanding the Network in the focus districts by scouting of prospects; assessment; on-board New Dealer; nurture by growing its secondary network and plumber network and train on business processes for effective business growth

Key Responsibilities

Reach Activity (Scouting):

• Desk lead generation & Field prospecting in the given market to identify potential prospects.
• MIS reports on progress of all leads & appointments
• Evaluation of the interested Prospects and finalisation in coordination with KBL Sales Team support
• In-person meetings with interested leads and pitch with KBL Dealership Proposition

Channel Appointment Primary; Secondary & Plumber Network:

• KYC & Statutory Document; business credentials documents gathering and assessment.
• Processing of New Prospect application for stake holder's approvals in Portal
• Trainings on KBL products, systems, and processes
• Develop retailer network, plumber network; conduct meets for effective business reach.
• Track & update stakeholders on market movements.
• Gather Channel partner feedback; dealer audits - co-ordinate with stake holders for effective closure
