Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Basis professional to lead and manage our SAP infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP system administration, architecture design, performance optimization, and strategic planning. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of SAP systems across multiple landscapes including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, PI, Portal, Solution Manager)
  • Manage and optimize SAP HANA and NetWeaver environments
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and support package implementations
  • Oversee transport management, client administration, and system copies
  • Implement and monitor high availability and disaster recovery solutions
  • Perform performance tuning and capacity planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business requirements and system enhancements
  • Mentor junior Basis consultants and manage team deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and security standards
  • Maintain system documentation and support audit requirements

Required Skills

  • 9+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration
