Visa Consultant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Visa Consultant to join our vibrant Corporate Travel Team at Connaught Place, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of visa regulations for all countries and significant expertise in corporate visa processing, group travel management, apostille, and attestation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete end-to-end visa filing process across all visa types (tourist, business, work, etc.) for individuals, corporates, and group travel.
• Handle corporate visa applications for MICE events, business delegations, incentive trips, and high-profile corporate groups.
• Oversee group visa requirements: document collection, appointment scheduling, fee management, and follow-ups with consulates.
• Provide expert consultation to clients regarding visa types, eligibility, timelines, documentation, and process guidance.
• Coordinate apostille, attestation, and consular/legalization services efficiently for documents across jurisdictions.
• Stay updated on changing embassy/consulate guidelines, rules, and new visa regulations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with embassies, VFS Global, BLS International, TLScontact, and other visa outsourcing agencies.
• Liaise effectively with internal teams (sales, operations, accounts) to ensure smooth handover and timely processing of visa applications.
• Track visa application status meticulously, proactively follow up on delays, and update clients regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of all visa applications, approvals, rejections, and supporting documents.
• Ensure strict compliance with data privacy, company policies, and legal guidelines.
• Assist in troubleshooting visa rejections or delays and provide corrective solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Contribute ideas and process improvements for faster, more efficient visa processing workflows.

Key Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of proven experience in visa consulting & processing, with a strong corporate visa background.
• In-depth knowledge of visa formalities for Schengen, US, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, India, and others.
• Solid experience in managing group visa filings & handling complex corporate cases.
• Expertise in apostille & attestation processes, with strong documentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and client-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with visa application portals, embassy websites, and visa processing platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
