Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Debenture Officer. The role involves handling debenture-related processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, managing investor relations, and supporting the companys debt instruments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage issuance, redemption, and transfer of debentures.

• Maintain accurate records of debenture holders and related transactions.

• Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.

• Coordinate with registrars, trustees, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

• Prepare and file periodic reports and disclosures related to debentures.

• Handle investor queries and ensure smooth communication.

• Monitor interest payments, maturity schedules, and redemption obligations.

• Support finance and legal teams in debenture-related documentation and audits.

• Assist in drafting debenture trust deeds and related legal agreements.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, debentures, and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with SEBI/RBI guidelines and corporate governance practices.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

• Professional certifications (CA/CS/CMA/MBA in Finance) preferred.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, investment, or corporate compliance
