Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular training programs for sales, service, and customer relationship teams.
• Design and implement effective training modules in line with Toyota standards.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Keep teams updated with the latest Toyota products, features, and processes.
• Coordinate with management to identify training needs and performance gaps.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in Business, HR, or related fields).
• 2+ years of experience in training, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Certification in training/facilitation will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Toyota processes or prior experience with a Toyota dealership is preferred.
