Job description for a Java Developer

Experience: 6+ years

Key Skills:

  • Java: Strong proficiency in Java programming language, with experience in developing large-scale applications
  • Spring Boot: Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework, building RESTful APIs and microservices
  • AWS: Knowledge of Amazon Web Services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS
  • Python: Familiarity with Python programming language, scripting, and data analysis
  • SQL: Experience with database management systems, writing complex queries, and optimizing database performance

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS services
  • Implement serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and integrate with AWS Connect
  • Develop event-driven and real-time solutions leveraging Kafka
  • Optimize SQL queries and manage backend data operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable applications
  • Ensure best practices in cloud architecture, security, and performance

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
  • Strong knowledge of Spring Boot framework, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
  • Experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS
  • Familiarity with Python programming language and scripting
  • Strong understanding of database management systems and SQL
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Jenkins
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git
