Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ramgarh for a Hotel Manager at Knight Oasis. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities include handling customer service, budgeting, sales, food and beverage management, and receptionist duties. The Hotel Manager will also be responsible for implementing hotel policies and procedures, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring the smooth running of hotel operations.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong Budgeting and Sales skills
  • Experience in Food & Beverage management
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to handle complex situations and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in hotel management
