Camstar/Opcenter Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Techno-functional consultant to lead MES operations on the Siemens Opcenter MOM platform. This role demands strong expertise in discrete manufacturing and semiconductor domains, with hands-on experience in Opcenter Execution and related modules. Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Incident, Problem, Service Request, and Change Management processes
  • Ensure application uptime, SLA/KPI compliance, and seamless MES operations
  • Manage team performance, customer relationships, and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with manufacturing sites to contextualize shop floor operations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across MES support and delivery
  • Coordinate with MES COE, interfacing application teams, and product teams for upgrades and implementations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in Siemens Opcenter MOM platform (Discrete Module preferred)
  • Hands-on with Opcenter Execution, APS, EX, MOM Connect
  • Domain expertise in Discrete Manufacturing and Semiconductor Industry
  • Familiarity with Closed Loop Manufacturing (PLM & ERP integration)
  • Knowledge of Opcenter customization extensions, OPC-UA, PLC/SCADA interfacing
  • Experience with ticketing tools like Remedy, ServiceNow
  • Understanding of APIs, middleware, messaging queues, and enterprise integration
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
