Project Manager/ architect with an integrated business solution provider who is committed, to contributing to the companys growth and in turn ensuring personal growth within the organization.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take requirements from clients along with sales team on various projects/requirements (e.g. Websites, Ecommerce Websites, Web applications, Mobile APP developments, Microsites, etc.)

Plan and manage web development team as per business needs (can be for various technologies and platforms)

Assist commercial team on preparing proposals for web-related projects (in deciding cost proposals based on efforts and complexity of the project)

Once the project is finalized, plan and oversee successful execution of the same with the help of team

Day-to-day team monitoring and management

Team performance monitoring and optimization

Train the team wherever required

Undertake complete delivery of the client projects with end to end responsibility from development and deployment

Troubleshooting and quality control of the development work done by the team

Undertake internal development projects and ensure timely delivery of the same

Need to work closely with clients to understand the functional and non-functional requirements of clients.

Team Management:
Create Requirements Documents, Assign the requirements to teams, Create Project Timeline. Preparation of Project development, implementation Document. Acquire, Develop, manage and mentor team.

Product Process:
Understanding the product processes, identifying the workflow and mapping the same with the software product processes. Preparation of System Requirement Specification document. Mentoring and controlling, tracking and communicating status of project

Solution Building
Design solution, Estimations, Budgeting, and planning.

Quality Control:
Driving development, testing and UAT cycles. Setup and manage development, test and production environments. Post production support and maintenance Bug fixing and managing change requests.

Manage deployments

Coordinate and support with different application teams in providing first level assistance to the reported application issues.

Extensively worked using AWS/Azure/IBM cloud services along with wide and in depth understanding of each one of them.

Update server incident history in configuration database.

Provide first and second level support Microsoft IIS web server issues.

Highly skilled in deployment, data security and troubleshooting of the applications.

Experienced in writing complex SQL queries and scheduled tasks using cron jobs.

Experienced in version control and source code management tools like GIT, SVN, and TFS.

Good knowledge of databases like MySQL, SQL Server

Gained exposure at professional level with C, JAVA, HTML, CSS and JAVASCRIPT.

Possess working knowledge with Python and Ruby in writing scripts to automate software

configuration process with SaltStack, Chef and Puppet.

Worked on various operating systems like Linux, RHEL, Ubuntu, Windows, MAC, CentOS.

Possess high working qualities with good interpersonal skills, high motivation, fast learner,
good team player and very proactive in problem solving to provide best solutions.
