Role Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The candidate will assist in designing mechanical components, assemblies, and product models using CAD tools such as
Creo
,
SolidWorks
, and
CATIA
. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in design and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create 2D and 3D models using Creo, SolidWorks, and CATIA.
  • Support senior engineers in designing mechanical components and assemblies.
  • Assist in preparing engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
  • Perform basic tolerance analysis and understand GD&T concepts.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (production, quality, and purchase) for design-related activities.
  • Support prototype development and design validation activities.
  • Revise and update existing designs based on feedback and engineering changes.
  • Ensure all designs meet applicable industry standards and company guidelines.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in
    Creo

    , and
    CATIA
    (training or academic project experience acceptable).
  • Good understanding of mechanical fundamentals (Mechanics, Materials, Manufacturing processes).
  • Basic knowledge of
    GD&T
    , tolerance stack-up, and engineering drawing standards.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification:

  • B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
