Junior Executive – IT (Surveillance & Systems Support)

Department: Information Technology

Location: Kandivali

Education Preference: Diploma / ITI / B.Sc. (IT) / BCA / BE in Electronics or Computer Science

Gender Preference: Male

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain CCTV systems (IP/Analog), NVR/DVRs, and ensure camera uptime.
  • Handle Access Control and Time Attendance systems, coordinate with HR for user updates.
  • Perform desktop troubleshooting, OS installation, and hardware replacements.
  • Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and asset inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors for service calls and escalate critical issues to the IT Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma / ITI / B.Sc. (IT) / BCA / BE in Electronics or Computer Science.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CCTV, access control, time attendance, and IT hardware support.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of CCTV (Hikvision/CP Plus) and LAN cabling.
  • Basic understanding of IP networking and device configuration.
  • PC hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Good documentation and vendor coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹32,000.00 per month
