Job Summary

We are hiring a dedicated Service Technician to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of our electronics and home appliances. The role involves field service visits, troubleshooting, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and troubleshoot electronics and home appliances.
  • Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs efficiently.
  • Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of products.
  • Maintain accurate service records and daily activity reports.
  • Provide on-site customer support with a professional attitude.
  • Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electronics
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in servicing electronics/home appliances
  • Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and appliance mechanisms
  • Ability to handle field service independently
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
