We are looking for young and self motivated team member in our Quality department:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Quality representative to customers.
  • Quality staff supervisor and shift management
  • Dispatch planning, inventory records and stock management
  • Daily reporting of quality and production output to management
  • Documenting all quality records on a regular basis through standard company documentation.
  • Timely and right Quality Assurance inspection of all incoming and process material at all stages.
  • Monitoring 5S and KAIZEN methodology
  • Knowledge of Rejection rework process.
  • Support for quality Documentation PPAP , 8D Report, Rejection monitoring system , PDIR, SCAP, process capability
  • Knowledge About control Plan, Process Parameter, Documentation.
  • Ensure all quality procedures are implemented to deliver a quality product.
  • Identify and evaluate employee training requirements.
  • Assist other plant activities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BE or Diploma in any stream
  • 3-6 years of experience in Rubber industry is MUST
  • Experience in rubber industry will be an added advantage
  • Basic knowledge of MS- Office
  • Motivated and team player.
  • Flexible to adopt development activities, quick learner and self planner
  • Expected knowledge : 7 QC Tools , APQP, PPAP , Dispatch scheduling, Inventory, SPC, 5S , Rejection monitoring and control, manpower handling
