Description :

This role requires an AI/ML specialist based in Bengaluru and Bangalore to develop and implement machine learning models, conduct data analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include designing algorithms, experimenting with AI techniques, preparing datasets, and deploying models to production environments.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using Django, integrating AI functionalities and optimizing performance to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms for various business applications.

Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate ML/AI solutions into scalable web applications.

Preprocess and clean datasets, perform exploratory data analysis, and create robust data pipelines.

Conduct experiments with various AI/ML techniques to optimize model performance and ensure reliability in production environments.

Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance, scalability, and efficiency.

Develop, document, and maintain code, model architectures, and evaluation results following best practices.

Stay current with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and technologies and apply relevant innovations to existing workflows.

Implement AI functionalities into Django-based web applications, optimizing performance, security, and maintainability.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.

- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI algorithms.

- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).

- Experience in web application development using Django, with a focus on integrating AI/ML functionalities.

- Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and building scalable data pipelines.

- Solid understanding of algorithms, model evaluation metrics, and optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying ML models in production is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines for ML deployment.

- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning techniques.

- Experience with monitoring ML models in production and handling model drift.
