Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a
Site Supervisor
located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at sites, ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage site staff, and coordinate with various teams to ensure project timelines and standards are met. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting on-site issues, maintaining project documentation, and liaising with clients to provide technical support and updates.
Qualifications
- Experience in site supervision, project management, and staff coordination
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in engineering or a related field
- Experience in the site supervisor role is a plus
