About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
PDI Manager
to lead our
Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) team
. The ideal candidate will ensure that every motorcycle leaving our dealership meets
OEM standards, safety checks, and premium delivery experience
for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    PDI process and team (Advisors & Technicians)
    .
  • Ensure
    100% compliance
    with Triumph Motorcycles' OEM checklists.
  • Conduct
    vehicle quality checks
    for mechanical, electrical, cosmetic, and accessory fitments.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and delivery teams for smooth handovers.
  • Report and escalate
    transit damages, defects, and warranty cases
    .
  • Maintain
    documentation, PDI reports, and daily dashboards
    .
  • Drive team training and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in
    Automobile Service / PDI Operations
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    two-wheeler service, inspection, and quality standards
    .
  • Leadership skills to manage
    technicians and advisors
    effectively.
  • Eye for detail and commitment to delivering a
    premium customer experience
    .
