TOSCA Testing Lead with S/4HANA

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA testing initiatives using TOSCA automation

framework.

  • Define and implement test strategies, plans, and scripts for functional, integration, and

regression testing.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and technical teams to

understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

  • Develop and maintain automated test cases in TOSCA for SAP S/4HANA modules and

related applications.

  • Ensure compliance with testing standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Manage defect lifecycle, including logging, tracking, and resolution in coordination with

development teams.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to testing team members and ensure timely delivery

of testing milestones.

  • Prepare and present test reports, metrics, and dashboards to stakeholders.
  • Support UAT and coordinate with business users for successful sign-off.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing with at least 4 years in SAP S/4HANA

projects.

  • Strong expertise in TOSCA automation framework and test case design.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP testing across multiple modules (FI, CO, MM, PP, SD, etc.).
  • Proven ability to lead testing teams and manage large-scale testing programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired

  • Certification in TOSCA and SAP testing methodologies.
  • Experience with Agile/DevOps environments and continuous testing.
  • Knowledge of performance testing and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to SAP Solution Manager and Test Suite
