We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reservation Executive to manage bookings and provide excellent customer service. The role involves handling reservations, coordinating with guests, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.
Roles and ResponsibilityManage and coordinate reservations efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in using reservation systems and software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
