Job Description:

  • Design, configure, and maintain Cisco routing, Meraki switching, and wireless environments.
  • Deploy and manage Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls with advanced security policies, SSL inspection, IPS/IDS.
  • Implement Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA 2.0) and micro-segmentation for secure access.
  • Manage hybrid networking between on-prem and Azure cloud (VNets, VPN Gateways, ExpressRoute, NSGs).
  • Automate network operations using Python scripts for configuration, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Design and support DMZ, NAT, IP schemes, and scalable subnet planning.
  • Collaborate with the SOC team (Proficio) to integrate IAM processes with security monitoring, incident response, and compliance reporting.
  • Create and maintain network documentation, SOPs, and performance monitoring (SolarWinds).
  • Work with IT, Cloud, and Security teams to implement secure, resilient, and scalable network solutions.

Required Skills:

  • CCIE (Mandatory) or Palo Alto PCNSE (if CCIE unavailable).
  • 10+ years in Cisco routing/switching, Meraki wireless, firewalls (Palo Alto/Fortinet), VPN, NAT, DMZ.
  • Strong expertise in Azure networking and hybrid connectivity.
  • Hands-on Python scripting for network automation.
  • Deep understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, subnetting, and IP allocation planning.

Preferred:

  • Experience with SASE (Prisma Access, Zscaler), SD-WAN, Microsoft Intune, M365.
  • Knowledge of high availability network design, DR planning, and SolarWinds monitoring.
