Key Responsibilities:

· Create and develop wooden & metal furniture designs using CAD/3D software.

· Prepare technical drawings and production specifications.

· Collaborate with production & marketing teams to meet client requirements.

· Research design trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques.

· Ensure designs meet quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness standards.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Bachelor's in Mechanical/Industrial/Furniture Design or related field.

· 2–4 years' experience in furniture design (wood/metal).

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp, or similar tools.

· Strong creativity, detailing, and understanding of furniture manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Prepare and share quotations, invoices, and proposals with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and order tracking.
  • Follow up with clients for inquiries, quotations, payments, and order updates.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS for management.
  • Act as a communication bridge between clients, logistics, and operations teams.
  • Handle client queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
  • Support sales activities during events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Business Administration/Commerce/Marketing or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as Sales Coordinator/Back-office Sales Support (experience in retail, distribution, or music industry preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP/CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and manage client expectations.
