Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and Oracle database development. This role requires hands-on development skills along with leadership capability to mentor a small team, ensure delivery quality, and coordinate with stakeholders for end-to-end project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership:
  • Lead a team of developers, review code, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Define technical design and architecture for modules and integrations.
  • Solution Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
  • Work on microservices-based architecture for enterprise-grade applications.
  • Database Expertise:
  • Design and optimize Oracle database schemas, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with DBAs for indexing, query optimization, and database health checks.
  • Delivery Ownership:
  • Translate business requirements into technical tasks and deliver within timelines.
  • Ensure proper CI/CD integration, unit testing, and deployment readiness.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Core Java 8+, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, complex queries, stored procedures, triggers.
  • Familiarity with Microservices design patterns, messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
  • Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle).
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Good communication skills for client/stakeholder interaction.

Education

  • B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with performance testing and tuning.
  • Prior experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer managing 3-5 members team.

Job Type: Full-time
