Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Engineer / Sr. Engineer - NPD (Tool Design) to support the design, development, and introduction of new products from concept through production. The ideal candidate will collaborate across engineering, design, production, and quality teams to ensure that new products meet customer expectations, cost targets, and manufacturability requirements. Should be proficient in APQP & PPAP documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Diploma / Bachelors degree in Mechanical or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a product development or engineering role.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
  • Should have good knowledge in Tools.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with prototype development, lab testing, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of quality systems and product development frameworks (e.g., Stage-Gate, ISO, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
