Role Overview
We are seeking a smart, proactive, and dynamic female professional to support and streamline the daily operations of our leadership team (CEO, CTO, COO, Directors). As the CXO Assistant / Office Strategist, you will act as the central execution and communication anchor, ensuring internal alignment, task management, and cross-department coordination.
This leadership-facing role requires professional maturity, ownership, clarity in communication, and the ability to manage multiple departments and tasks efficiently. The candidate must also be open to occasional travel as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with all departments on behalf of CXOs, ensuring timely updates, deliverables, and escalation management.
- Manage executive calendars, meeting schedules, project timelines, and follow-up routines.
- Track dependencies, proactively highlight bottlenecks, and alert leadership to urgent matters.
- Draft emails, prepare briefs, and summarize internal communications for leadership clarity.
- Monitor key internal tasks, approvals, and delegated responsibilities.
- Ensure daily operational execution aligns with leadership priorities.
- Assist with travel coordination, documentation, internal events, and data collation.
- Support CXOs during travel for meetings, events, or operational requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS for reports, dashboards, and summaries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, with expertise in email management, follow-ups, and internal coordination.
- Familiarity with modern productivity tools and digital collaboration platforms.
- Proactive mindset for improving, automating, or streamlining internal processes.
- Flexibility to travel domestically as required.
